All placements begin with a thorough consultation by one of our staff with you, our client. During this conversation we are looking to determine what your exact specifications are. These specifications will identify your needs in the following categories:

The next step is to access our extensive candidate network to target the high-performance professionals that will meet your needs. Some of these candidates have worked with us in the past, and some may be new to us – either way, all will undergo the same rigorous screening process. This screening process includes:
- Phone prescreen
- In-person interview with one of our staff members

- Any other client-specified skill tests that you would like us to administer (call for details!)
Once we have selected the top candidates that meet your specifications, we will present their resumes along with a bit of information about the person behind the paper.
After this, our clients call the shots. If you would like to conduct a preliminary phone interview, or would prefer a formal “in- person” interview, we will accommodate your needs on your schedule.

Options for Hiring
Clients of HW Staffing Solutions have a choice of hiring options and they can vary depending on your needs. The staffing options that we offer are:
Our associates are assigned to you for a time period determined by you. All you need to do is sign the weekly timecard. We assume all of the employer responsibility including Payroll, Payroll taxes, NYS Disability, Worker’s Compensation, Liability Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance and you receive a simple weekly invoice. The perfect solution for a last-minute staffing crisis, projects, or to allow you time to determine coverage needs in times of change.
This program allows you to try the employee, actually working in the position, during a probationary period of 560 hours. If you and the associate determine it’s a perfect match, you can bring them on to your company’s roster for a minimal fee. We still assume all of the employer responsibility during this time—you can just sit back and evaluate the situation. How easy is that!
For those situations where you need someone on staff immediately, and wish to provide your company’s benefits from the start, this is the perfect choice. We fully screen the candidates, test them for skill sets, reference check, coordinate the interview process, and help you in the negotiation of salary and benefits.
